I would like to adopt a child between the ages of 4 and 7 inclusive. I would like to adopt a girl. I feel I can accommodate a single child. I prefer to adopt a child of Black ethnic or Bi-racial background. I am open to children with mild to moderate special needs within my comfort, capability level and as a single parent household.
