Family Description

We do a lot of laughing in our house! We are a fun, outgoing, close and connected family!! Communication is emphasized and encouraged among us and is the primary way we problem solve! We do not yell and argue at any time! We consistently have civil disagreements when they arise and talk things through and agree to disagree when necessary. We are also very focused and serious about, faith, education, life skills and balance. Our schedules are very busy and therefore, our routine is very structured. During the week, our schedule is filled with work, school, homework, tutoring, Bible study, gymnastics class, family time and a bit of down time before bed. On the weekends, we spend time in the community going to parks, movies, the mall, out to eat, play dates, church service on Sunday, museums, rock climbing and much more.

Preference Description

We are looking to adopting a girl between 5 and 12 years old, of African-American background. We are willing to accept minor or medically correctable conditions, mild behaviors and moderate learning disabilities.
