Family Description

Philip and I have been together for 7 years, and married for 6. We have previously fostered for almost 2 years in NH (4 placements, 6 children total), and now are licensed in Texas and have our second foster placement. We have 2 daughters from Philip's previous marriage, Jennasis (age 15) and Adrielle (age 12) who currently live with their mother in NH and visit us about 6 weeks a year during school breaks and summer vacation. We have 3 dogs who love children as well! Our faith is important to us and we regularly attend Solid Rock Church where we are looking to find a community group to be involved in. There are a number of foster and adoptive families at the church we can connect with for additional support. We are an active family who love all things outdoors and frequently go camping, hiking, walking, boating, fishing, play disc golf, and more! Our extended family is incredibly supportive of our foster care journey and desire to adopt. Living on the same property as Philip's brother and his family gives us a lot of time to hang out together and share meals. We love to attend Aledo High School Football Games to support our niece and nephew in the marching band. We are eager to provide a loving forever home to a child or children in need of a forever family. It would be wonderful to bring a child along on our outdoor adventures. Any child would be lucky to have all of the love our families will shower on them! We believe our family would be a great foundation for a child in search of a place to call home and desire to ensure the child/children would be secure in the knowledge that it will be forever.

Home and Community

We live in Fort Worth, TX outside of city limits. Our home is three bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a huge open concept living room/kitchen/dining room area. We live in a Country/Rural neighborhood, on Philip's brother's 12 acres in Fort Worth. On the property there is a horse, a miniature horse, and a miniature donkey. Both neighboring lands have cattle that are fun to watch! We have 3 dogs who love children as well!
