Calling All Heroes!
Hero For A Day is an action packed event taking place on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 12-3pm. This year, it will be held at Bob Keefer Center in Springfield, Oregon. This event allows foster children to be transformed into the heroes we all know they are. Hero For A Day is for children ages 2 to 18 and is a day filled with tons of fun activities designed to create not only an educational and fun experience for local children, but also to raise awareness of the foster care system. This event is free for children in foster care and $50 for general admission.

We are gladly accepting donations all year long for this event. Donations may include capes, masks, costumes, jet packs, and other hero related costumes. We will gladly take gently used Halloween costumes or home made hero accessories as well. With your help we will make it possible for every child in the community feel like a hero for the day. You can mail any donation to our office, shop on our Amazon wish list, or sponsor a child!
